Setups
All setups include standard cleaning (fretboard cleaning, fret polish, and body wipe-down).
New strings required. I stock D’Addario XL 9–42 and 10–46 for ¥1,100 per set.
Other gauges and brands available by request, or bring your own.
Recommended: D’Addario XS — long-lasting with low finger noise.
Rates Setup + Standard Cleaning:
- Hardtail (Tele, Les Paul, etc.): ¥4,400
- Spring Tremolo (Strat, Jazzmaster, Bigsby): ¥5,500
- Floyd Rose: ¥8,800 first time, ¥4,400 for follow up maintenance.
Add ¥1,100 for vintage-style truss rods (neck must be removed)
Cleaning
Deep Cleaning – ¥6,600
Full disassembly and detailed polish of every part. Removes dirt, grime, dust, hairs. Recommended for used guitars, old guitars. Special care not to take away from aging aesthetic.
Fretwork
Leveling: eliminate buzz by leveling all fret tops to same height.
Crowning: narrows in the tops of frets for perfect intonation and rounds the sides for smooth buttery play.
Dressing rounds over sharp fret ends for smooth comfort.
This is the best upgrade you can give your guitar.

- Ebony or Maple: ¥44,000 (includes oil refinish)

Amp Repairs
- Modern Electrical Safety Standard Upgrade for Vintage Amps: Install grounded 3 power cable and remove death cap ¥22,000
- Recap – replace leaky electrolytic caps to restore tone ¥22,000 + cost of caps (vary by brand)
- Tube Replacement – ¥2,200 + costs of tubes
